Arbitration

If mediation is not appropriate for your case, Ms. Pallin-Hill will arbitrate temporary orders or the final trial. Arbitration of temporary orders provides an economical and expedient solution to custody, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance and exclusive use disputes, eliminating the need to file a petition or to appear for an evidentiary hearing in court. If the parties choose to arbitrate the final case, they can avoid delay and can move on with their lives quickly.
